30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@vecfinds.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Damaged or not working

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
